Terms and Conditions

Talent360Consulting is a platform that connects companies with certified consultants from the Talent360 ecosystem, and includes a directory, project tools, content and community features.

Access to the platform is reserved for users of the Talent360Center ecosystem and is granted by administrator invitation. There is no open public registration.

You must provide truthful information and keep your profile up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

You agree not to: (a) post unlawful, defamatory, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights; (b) impersonate others; (c) send spam or unsolicited communications; (d) attempt to access systems or data without authorization; (e) use the platform for purposes other than intended.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile, posts, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it on the platform in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and for holding the necessary rights to it.

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Applicable prices and taxes are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. You can cancel from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

If you subscribe as a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of purchase. As this is a digital service with immediate access, if you request to start using it within that period, you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Except for the foregoing and applicable legal obligations, fees already paid are non-refundable; cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund of the current period.

Certifications shown on profiles come from Talent360Center/Academy or are granted through administrative verification. Talent360Consulting does not guarantee the results of services contracted between users and consultants.

The platform, its brand, design and software are owned by Talent360Consulting or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted other than to use it in accordance with these Terms.

The platform integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Google, Mailjet, DigitalOcean, Talent360Center). Their use may be subject to their own terms and policies.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We are not a party to the contractual relationships established between companies and consultants through the directory.

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and European Union law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of Plovdiv (Bulgaria), without prejudice to the rights granted to consumer users by consumer protection law.

We may amend these Terms. We will publish the current version with its date and, if the change is material, we will notify you. Continued use after the update implies acceptance.
