At Talent360Consulting we take the privacy of your data seriously. This Policy explains what personal data we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
By using the platform, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with this Policy.
1. Data controller
Controller: Talent360Hub, tax ID BG208378160, registered office at 10 Stefan Verkovich, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and commercial office at Keurenplein 41, 1069 CD Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2. Data we process
Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted) and, when signing in with Google, the data that provider shares with us.
Consultant profile data: public name, bio, specialties, methodologies, industries, languages, certifications, location, photo and company logo.
Content you post: wall posts, comments, messages and contact requests.
Payment data: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Usage and technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookies (see the Cookies section).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Service provision (performance of a contract): create and manage your account, publish your profile in the directory, manage projects, messaging and contact requests.
Payments and subscriptions (performance of a contract and legal obligation): billing and compliance with tax obligations.
Service communications (performance of a contract / legitimate interest): notifications about your account, invitations and operational notices.
Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest): protect the platform and its users.
Analytics or marketing cookies (consent): only if you accept them via the cookie banner.
4. Recipients and processors
We share data with providers who deliver services to us under a data processing agreement, solely for the purposes described:
Stripe (payment processing); Mailjet (transactional email delivery); DigitalOcean Spaces (file and image storage); Google (Google sign-in and, where applicable, reCAPTCHA); Talent360Center (membership verification and certifications within the Talent360 ecosystem).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and, after closure, for the periods required by law (e.g. tax obligations) or to handle potential liabilities. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, email us at info@talent360consulting.com. You can also delete your account from your settings.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, www.cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (password hashing, access control, secure connections). No system is 100% infallible, but we work to minimize risks.
9. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the platform to work and, subject to consent, functional, analytics or marketing cookies. You can accept, reject or configure your preferences in the cookie banner, and change them at any time via the "Manage cookies" link.
10. Minors
The platform is intended for professionals and not for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will publish the current version with its update date and, if the change is material, we will notify you.
